I went to the dentist today for my 6-month check-up. The dentist, the partner of the one I usually see, pointed out how very flat and ground down my teeth are. “Oh, but I wear a mouth guard every night!” I tell him proudly. Sure, I could still floss more, but after my initial reluctance, I’ve become quite religious about wearing my mouth guard at night. So, yay me, right? He’s not impressed. “Maybe you should consider wearing it during the day, too,” he says.
So, I’m too busy grinding my teeth to write. So here are some links.
