I’m always gathering links to share.  Here are a few:

This is a blog post from a Dad experiencing Parental Angst over how he behaved watching his kid play soccer. For some reason it’s a lovely change of pace to empathize with paternal anxiety instead of maternal anxiety all the time. It’s a reminder that we’re all trying our best and that even the every day stuff can be surprisingly challenging.

I liked this list of 10 Things Your Commencement Speaker Won’t Tell You from the Wall Street Journal.

This is an amazing blog called George Jessie Love, subtitled Parenting and loving a transgender kid. Reading about the family and their community coming together is just beautiful.

I loved this NY Times article about an all-girl prom organized by girls who are not permitted to date or dance with boys.

Speaking of awesome girls, I love that this 14-year-old gathered 25,000 signatures asking Seventeen magazine to commit to at least one non-Photoshopped photo spread per magazine.

My sister saw this exhibition on China’s Terracotta Warriors and says it was one of the coolest things she’s ever seen. It’s in  NYC right now.
