So, weather.com says that we’re going to possibly hit 50 on Wednesday! Woo, hoo!  We are so getting outside. I wish that I were with-it enough to provide you with a list of playgrounds and a constantly-updated snow-meltedness index. Maybe that will be the next big project? Umm, yeah. Do you see this? Clearly, I have some sort of an OCD. This has to stop. I’ve got a life to live. Anyway, remember to check the regularly-scheduled events at the Big Ol’ List of Links For You, too.

- Guilderland Public Library has a drop-in Baby Play Time at 11 am.
Tuesday, March 9th
- It’s the Troy Music at Noon day. Today’s music is a Chopin Celebration.
- 6 pm Frog and Toad Watch–train to monitor frogs and toads at Grafton Lakes State Park. This is not for little kids–it’s for the more mature budding scientists and environmentally-minded grown-ups. Pre-registration required
Wednesday, March 10th
- 10 am-12 pm Mud Pond Snowshoe Hike at Moreau Lake State Park. $2/person, plus you can rent snowshoes, but call ahead.
- 10:30 am A Special Musical Story Time at the main Troy Public Library
- 11 am to 12 pm Art with Miss Riley. Drop in for an art project at the Children’s Museum at Saratoga.

- 2 pm Bark Up a Tree at the Saratoga Spa State Park. Bring your leashed dog for this dog-friendly hike where you’ll learn to identify trees by bark. $3/person.
